Shipment tracking
Tracking number are assigned to the packages when they shiped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

How do I apply my Discount Coupon Code?
If you have a discount code, you can enter these discount codes on your payment page and click the "Apply" button. Your total will be updated to reflect the discount.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free express shipping on all orders within the United States.
Most orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays, orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
How do I wash my shapewear?
Refer to each product’s interior care instructions label for specific information. To keep your shapewear in "shape" and increase longevity, hand wash each piece in cold water and lay flat to dry.
Exchanges & Return Policy
30 days return guarantee.
· Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
· Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
· For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How to request a return?
1. When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.
2. Email to support@derinwear.com with your Order ID (e.g. #1234 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag) and the detailed return reason.
3. Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.
How to get refund?
· If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.
· If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.
· Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
